Lisbon: 7 hills, a thousand charms

Lisbon...

The city that is in the mouths of the world has been my home for the past three years.

The Tagus, always beautiful at any time of day, the smell of roasted chestnuts in autumn and the smell of basil in early summer, history in every corner of the city, and stories as well. Lisbon has color, has culture, has fun. It has historic neighborhoods side by side with modernity, with the cosmopolitan life of a city that has so much to see - and to live.

Lisbon, the capital of this country that is mine, is the scene of great events and reinvents itself at every moment, always trying not to lose its essence even with the thousands of tourists who pass by every day. And why shouldn't they pass? It's the city that has everything and knows how to welcome, something characteristic of the Portuguese people.

This was the city that gave me so much and continues to give me. On each return there is something new: a new restaurant, a new cafe, a new terrace, a new company, a recovered space and a new corner to discover. This isn't my home anymore but it's still my city.

Thank you, Lisbon.
